The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset. We provide firewood for one night, and supply and deliver extra for $30 / bag.

We are ideally situated, between local beaches and shopping centres, being only a short drive to Avoca and Copacabana beaches, along with Erina Fair. We are also two minutes from Aldi and Coles.

Walk around the main house and watch pelicans and swans glide peacefully on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Listen to the kookaburras laughing as they perch in the trees. AVOCA BEACH GUEST SUITE

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.

Avoca Beach holiday apartment

Our apartment is 1 bedroom with a lounge dining kitchenette & full bathroom, entry is via a large deck, we are a 10 minute walk to Avoca Beach with cafes & restaurants, cinema is a further 5 mins walk, & one of the best surfing beaches on the coast.
