Nestled in a serene residential cul-de-sac, just a brief 5-minute drive from the beach, local shops, and public transportation, this studio retreat offers a cozy atmosphere. With a small kitchen, small loungeroom, bathroom, and a private deck overlooking the breathtaking national park and Terrigal/Wamberal. Our space is not suitable for parties. We value the peace and harmony of our neighbourhood and hope that you will relish the opportunity to unwind and recharge in our tranquil treetop haven.

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Take a ferry to WoyWoy .Multiple bush walks & parks, all within easy reach of Gosford.Close proximity to theatres, cinemas & dining options, or relax on your rear deck looking amongst the trees listening to the birds. Recommend you travel by private vehicle/ Uber as road to our house is very steep.

Close to restaurants, bars, shops and the iconic Terrigal Beach. The new contemporary accomodation has all the amenities you will require for a relaxing stay. The unit is very private, has its own entry and guests have literally everything to make a getaway totally complete.

An award winning small house at the beach end of Crystal Avenue. Ideal for a couple or a small family; pets are welcome too. In its own rainforest (unfenced) garden, set back from the street and neighbours and hidden from the main house 50m behind it, it’s private and quiet. All you’ll hear are the birds and the surf. Inside you’ll find open-plan living, a cosy bedroom overlooking the garden, plus an open loft second bedroom with its own balcony.

The Art Studio - Avoca

Originally designed as an art studio, and later repurposed as a bnb, this unique sanctuary is set amongst rainforest gardens, with a gentle water feature, mosaic amphitheatre, fire pit and patio area. The stained glass windows speak of times gone by - reflecting the golden afternoon light that comes streaming through the coloured glass. Please be aware that this property is on a slope and there are steps, so it is not suitable for elderly.
