Surrounded by native Gyamea Lillies this Somersby “Gunya” Tiny House feels far away from the hustle and bustle despite its close proximity to Gosford and only 20 minutes away from Central Coasts beautiful beaches. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil, romantic getaway! Enjoy the amazing views while you relax in this private waterfront sanctuary. During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset. We provide firewood for one night, and supply and deliver extra for $30 / bag.

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by May 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $170.

Originally designed as an art studio, and later repurposed as a bnb, this unique sanctuary is set amongst rainforest gardens, with a gentle water feature, mosaic amphitheatre, fire pit and patio area. The stained glass windows speak of times gone by - reflecting the golden afternoon light that comes streaming through the coloured glass. Please be aware that this property is on a slope and there are steps, so it is not suitable for elderly.

Stunning 2 bedroom home with all of the modern conveniences, set on half an acreage just minutes to Bateau Bay, Forresters and Wamberal beaches. An alfresco entertaining area and large yard for the kids/your furry friends. Visit and feed our goats, chooks and bunny. Lucy (Boxador Retriever) is our hostess with the mostest and will greet you on arrival.
