Relax and reset in beautiful Villa Riviera located in this perfectly peaceful valley behind Terrigal Village and beaches. With divine panoramic views across the trees to the coast, the studio offers luxurious decor, well-equipped kitchenette, superb marble bathroom and direct access to a 8m salt and mineral pool. Songbird Studio has been inspired by the Mediterranean to create the perfect romantic getaway. So either chill out here or for more action Terrigal, Avoca and Wamberal are all so close.

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

Our Studio is fresh and inviting with spectacular ocean views from Terrigal to Norah Head Lighthouse. A fabulous view at night with all the lights up and down the coast. The beach walk along the ocean edge from North Avoca to Avoca main beach is so inviting where you can enjoy the local culinary delights and sights. Terrigal has a large selection of restaurants and bars where the fun crowd gather with lots of live music and entertainment at night and surf its famous beach during the day.

Sky High

Sky High with spectacular views over the ocean is close to all Terrigal has to offer. It is your home away from home with everything provided so you can just walk in and start relaxing before exploring the area. Lots of cafes and restaurants to enjoy or perhaps a stroll along the beach boardwalk to the Haven and Skillion .At this time of year the whales migrate you may get lucky.. Beautiful Bouddi national park is only 25 mins away where there are amazing walking trails to be enjoyed.

Stunning Private Retreat 10 mins from Terrigal

The Stables, a secluded 1 bedrooom retreat, is situated on 2.5 acres in the semi-rural area of Holgate on the Central Coast of NSW (approx. 1 hour north of Sydney). It is 10 min drive from the beautiful Terrigal and Avoca beaches. Savour the peace and quiet, sounds of bellbirds and sunlight on the north-facing deck which overlooks 180-degree, private bush views. With its own driveway & self check-in the cabin is completely private. 3 min drive to major shopping centre Erina Fair.

Hosting up to 2 people in the Beach Hideaway, with its leafy entrance, looking over the lush sub tropical gardens , this is a truly unique getaway for lovers of nature, art and beauty .

AVOCA BEACH GUEST SUITE

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.

My place is a fully self contained bedsitter Own entrance, self contained kitchen, toilet shower. It is a 100 metres to award winning hotel bistro, a very trendy shopping centre with lots of coffee shops, trendy shops, doctors, chemists , dentist and 5mins on bus to main rail line, 15 mins to very popular beach.
