ILM King Bed, Near Beach’s, downtown and events

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe.

Nestled in conveniently-located King's Grant neighborhood, this home features an open floor plan and large fenced backyard. You'll have easy access to downtown (11 minutes), area beaches (13 minutes to Wrightsville, 30 to Carolina Beach) and the airport (11 minutes). The Crestwood Cottage is conveniently located between historic downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach and only minutes from UNCW’s campus.
