The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Stay in a former Old English Cosy Pub, with three inglenook fire places. Located in a small village in West Norfolk 36 mins from coast and 21 mins from Royal Sandringham Estate. Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

The rooms stands apart from the main house across a sunny courtyard. The Peddar's Way is nearby, as is Houghton Hall, Oxborough Hall and Holkham Hall amongst other attractions. Willowfen Retreat is a single Luxury Shepherds Hut which is accessed by its own private gravel track. It sits in its own (dog/pet friendly) fenced garden away from the owners own property. Inside there is a kitchen and ensuite shower room. It is a very peaceful setting ideal location for exploring The Fens, The Wash and The Broads. Complementary basket of milk, bread, butter, jam, free range eggs etc is supplied to help you settle in.
