The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Use of our garden with own outside dining area.

Located in the beautiful village of Evenley, walking distance from an excellent pub as well as a village coffee shop. Little Beech is well located to explore Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Silverstone, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace and Stowe National Trust are all nearby. There are also lots of lovely walks on the doorstep.

The Bare Necessities

Victorian ironstone end of terrace cottage with stone floor in kitchen and old wooden floorboards throughout ... outdoor chill space to rear....minimalistic but functional...can be dusty but that's an old house ...if youd like hotel style cleanliness then maybe re consider and spiders seem to like living here. Also the log burner is only for show and not useable Always in need of maintenance so would welcome constructive ideas

Bridge Cottage by Oxford Canal Oxfordshire

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Walk along the towpath of the Oxford Canal, very dog friendly. Close to Banbury, easy journey to visit Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Stratford upon Avon or just enjoy Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Curl up on the sofa by the wood burner on a cold day and enjoy the rest. Hire a narrow boat for the day to take a trip down to the pub at Ayno for lunch.
