The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

If you are looking for a lovely break away right on the Cornish coast with fantastic ocean and coastal views, then look no further than our cosy studio apartment in the historic Fort Picklecombe on the beautiful Rame Peninsular, tucked away in the S/East corner of Cornwall. Less than 2 miles from the old fishermen’s Cornish villages of Kingsand & Cawsand and on the outer edges of the Mount Edgcumbe Estate, we have lovely woodlands behind us and the tranquil waters of Plymouth Sound in front. 🌊

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

There are foodie pubs within 200 yds and two sandy/pebble safe beaches with clear rockpools. Kingsand is in Cornwall's beautiful forgotten corner - a ferry hop from Plymouth.

Little Islet - a fabulous cottage on the sea

This beautiful and unique beachside cottage could not be any closer to the sea, you can sit with your morning coffee and have a chat with the swimmers out of the window! Little Islet has panoramic sea views across Plymouth Sound, and is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday by the beach. This house was previously used as the green room for the movie 'Mr Turner', whilst also serving as a residence for lead actor Timothy Spall! We recommend 4 adults & 2 children, or maximum 6 adults.

This beautiful 17th-century cottage stands on the water’s edge of the fishing village of Cawsand with panoramic sea views from most windows. There is no better place to enjoy the extensive sea views than from the large galleried balcony. In the summer you can enjoy views of crystal clear water below, much like being on a ship in tropical waters. In colder months, the cosy cottage is the perfect place to light up the log burner and marvel at the dramatic seascapes on your doorstep.<br><br>

Lime Tree is a 1 bedroom apartment in the beautiful village of Millbrook, run by a local family: It is 5 minutes away from Whitsand Bay Beaches and a couple of minutes away from the fishing villages of Kingsand/Cawsand. It is close to wedding venues of Mount Edgcumbe and Polhawn Fort. It has off road parking which is a fantastic bonus as parking can be difficult in the area. There is a bus stop across the road too. It has a lovely private outside space to sit and relax, and a BBQ.
