Large Town House uniquely located 200 yards from the 1st tee of the world famous Old Course, St Andrews. With six bedrooms, three large bathrooms, large reception lounge and great kitchen dining room, the house is an outstanding location for golf and St Andrews. There is a large secluded garden to the rear to enjoy and relax after golf or spending time in town. We also provide free parking for two vehicles. The property has a south facing garden with fish pond and a decked area which guests are more than welcome to use in the warmer months. Fife Coastal Path is easily accessible from the property. This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

A traditional village pub is at the bottom of the street ( approx 250 yards away) serving exceptional food and drink - well worth a visit. The fantastic beach ( and the toastie van) is only a short walk away. Dundee and the new V&A museum are only 25 minutes travel and all the world famous golf links are on our door-step.

The Annexe is a bright, two-bedroomed house attached to the main farmhouse. It is self-contained with it’s own parking and garden areas. The property has been completely re-wired, re-plumbed and re-decorated with new beds, kitchen and bathroom. This a convenient rental for guests attending an event in The Cow Shed at Sypsies Farm. We are roughly 300m away along the farm track.
