East Lodge

This fascinating small castle is close to the River Tummel, where you can fish for trout in season, and is full of character with a view over the river to Schiehallion mountain. Down by the riverbank there is a bonfire site where you can gather fallen branches and sit around the camp fire of an evening with family and friends. The garden is unenclosed so, being close to the river, small children should be supervised at all times. Dogs should be supervised when outside. There is a lovely walk along the river to the first hydro electric dam built in Scotland in the 1930s.

Situated on the south side of Loch Rannoch, The Garden Room is a wonderful remote retreat. Comprising a compact self-contained annex with a kitchenette, double bed and a separate shower room. You’ll have sole use of the enclosed front garden and fresh eggs from our hens. One dog is welcome. An abundance of birds are seen in our garden as well as the occasional red squirrel.
