Spacious Historical Apartment near Edinburgh
Kinghorn Town Hall is a listed property with plenty of fascinating history. The apartment has a beautiful and spacious living area that has been traditionally styled. There are three bedrooms: first bedroom has a kingsize bed, second has two single beds, and third room has a king bed with an ensuite. We have provided all of the amenities required to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment is an ideal location for visiting Edinburgh and beyond or exploring the wonderful Fife Coast.

The Waterfront
Overlooking the Tay estuary this stunning flat has views to take your breath away. A patio, a deck, and a quirky waterfront garden create an idyllic paradise. A luxe new shower room and stylish bedrooms create a unique holiday spot. Enjoy dinner on the deck or walk to excellent neighbouring restaurants. This newly launched flat from the 1860s is recently refurbished. It is close to Dundee and St Andrews and on the fife coastal path. A golfers paradise. An hour to the Cairngorms or Edinburgh.

Bright, sunny apartment directly on the seafront in Kinghorn. Just 3 minutes walk from the train station and 35 minutes by train from Edinburgh, this is a delightful, relaxing retreat with access to the city still on hand. This was our second home and we have decided to open it up to airbnb. It has lots of home comforts including cosy beds, a comfy lounge with smart TV, fast wifi, large American Fridge, ice dispenser, microwave, washer dryer. Towels, bedding and essentials included.

With your own private garden and fire pit enjoy the peacefulness and calm that beautiful rural Scotland has to offer so you can truly relax and unwind.

☆Secluded, historic cottage in Outlander location
Built in 1874 for the head gardener of Monzie Castle, not only is it located at the end of the castle gardens, it is set in its own beautiful garden. This characterful 2 bedroom cottage in rural Monzie (listed in The Times top 50 cottages) is furnished to a high standard with gorgeous interiors. The landscape and surrounding scenery is breathtaking and being one mile down a private road a real retreat from busy everyday life, with nature and wildlife in abundance.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle
This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

The Hayloft
The Hayloft has been turned into a light and airy flat above our stables. We live next to a path which takes you north to the Ochils or south to the beautiful Gartmore Water: perfect if you are a walker or a cyclist. The nearby village of Dollar has a castle, cafes, a pub and a restaurant. We are 40 minutes from Edinburgh airport, 25 minutes from Gleneagles Hotel, 20 minutes from Stirling and an hour from the centre of both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Stylishly converted Bothy by River Earn
The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

Ashtrees Cottage
Ashtrees Cottage is in a beautiful rural location and has Loch Leven Nature Reserve on its door step. The Balgedie Toll Tavern & Loch Levens Larder both less than 10 minutes walk from the Cottage. It’s a great place to explore towns and villages around the East Neuk of Fife, Edinburgh, St Andrews, Gleneagles, Stirling and Glasgow. Its a great place to base yourself if you are planning to explore the Lowlands and Southern Highlands of Scotland.
