Use our motor boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! Wij zijn David en Rosa en hebben een zeer comfortabel gastenverblijf gecreëerd onder onze woning. In het gasten verblijf heeft u uw eigen voorzieningen zoals: woonkamer, keuken, slaapkamer en badkamer. Gunstige ligging: 5 minuten verwijderd van het trein station, waar u de trein kunt pakken en met 20 minuten in Amsterdam bent. Let op: - De douchecabine is 185cm hoog. - Wij hebben 2 kinderen, en het gastenverblijf bevindt zich onder onze woonkamer hierdoor kunt u leef geluiden horen.

Altijd al in een zaans houten huis willen verblijven? Gelegen in een rustige zaanse wijk ligt deze eenvoudig maar gezellige en warm ingerichte studio. De bank is eenvoudig om te bouwen tot 2 persoons bed. voorzien van modern ligbad waar tevens in gedoucht kan worden. Koken? Wassen? Kan! De ligging is zeer gunstig . Op loopafstand ( 500 meter) van station koog aan de zaan vanuit waar de trein je in 15 min. naar Amsterdam cs. brengt. De Zaanse schans ligt op 3,5 km van hier.

Bushalte voor het openbaar vervoer naar Amsterdam ligt op 50 meter afstand, 30 minuten naar het centrum van Amsterdam! De prijs is inclusief bedlinnen, keukenlinnen, badhanddoeken en belastingen.

The apartment (32 m2) is next to the main building, located in a quiet child-friendly neighborhood. It has a private bathroom and kitchen. It gives a fantastic view of water and gardens. Near shops (650 meters) and playground. The house is a 5 minutes’ walk from the train station, from where every 15 minutes a train takes you directly to Amsterdam Central, within 25 minutes. Free parking on the street or in a private parking lot if there is no space in the street.

Een lief herenhuis met een heerlijk ruime tuin op 3 minuten afstand van het treinstation, 10 minuten van Amsterdam en de Zaanse Schans. Je waant je soms op het platteland want ondanks dat je midden in het centrum van Zaandam zit, maken de vogels je 's ochtends wakker en door de niet doorgaande straat is het heerlijk rustig. Op een paar minuten afstand zit je op de Dam van Zaandam en met de Zaanse Schans en Amsterdam om de hoek, kun je alle kanten uit.

Op De Noord – Landelijk Amsterdam

Gelegen aan het centrale dorpsplein van het prachtige dorpje Ilpendam, staat ons grote huis met een modern en luxe ingerichte studio op de begane grond. Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
