Modern Beach & Golf Villa in Playa Nueva Romana

This well-appointed, stylish home features a private pool, terrace, and access to the beach club (including use of the golf course). Spend the day sunbathing and swimming in the sea, then retire to the villa for dinner and a soak in the Jacuzzi. On the 1st floor, the villa has 1 bedroom (has queen size bed), a full bathroom, modern style fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and living room (full size futon available) where you can either watch a movie or have a drink and just sit back and relax. For your convenience there is unlimited WIFI and 2 televisions with over 140+ channels in both English and Spanish. The 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms (one queen and one king sized beds), each with their own bathroom. The terrace off of the master bedroom is very spacious and has a large hot tub. The second bedroom has a smaller balcony perfect for getting some fresh air as you start the day. Outside, in the manicured backyard, you’ll find our pool (and pool floats), a BBQ grill, 2 lounge chairs and other seating. We are here to help you and want to ensure you have a memorable stay so don't hesitate to contact us. We have staff that can assist you with anything you may need. Make use of the lushly landscaped Playa Nueva Romana complex, including one of the Caribbean's most prestigious golf courses, plus basketball and tennis courts and a children's play area. Relax in the sun while sipping a margarita from the Beach Club. The 24/7 gated, secure complex is only 45 minutes from the Santo Domingo International Airport and 15 minutes from La Romana International Airport. Nearby are Casa de Campo, La Romana, San Pedro de Macoris, Bayahibe and Juan Dolio where you can book day trips, excursions and other activities. *Our electric, 6 passenger golf cart is available for you to rent on a per day basis. The cost is $35.00 (USD) per day and if rented, it must be for the entirety of your stay at our home. This is a great way to get around in the complex when the weather is just a little too hot to walk around! *Please Note: We have a strict no pets policy (with the execption of ADA and FHA certified service animals). Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property, even temporarily, without our prior written approval. If a pet is found on the property, a $250 fee will be charged whether or not there are damages caused by the unauthorized pet.

Near are many restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, groceries stores, excursions, etc. Punta Cana Airport is 55 minutes away, La Romana Airpor 17 minutes away.
