Appart skis aux pieds proche express des Prodains

L'appartement de 28 m2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet dans un endroit calme et préservé. Il se situe à 3 km du centre de Morzine et à proximité de l'express des Prodains. L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.

Studio situé au 1er étage d'un bâtiment individuel. Accès direct au parc des sports des Dérêches (piscine, courts de tennis, centre équestre, parcours santé, palais des congrès, patinoire, parcours aventure etc...) Pour le VTT ou la balade, le télécabine de Super Morzine se trouve à 200 mètres du logement. Idéalement situé au centre du village, l'ensemble des commerces, bars et restaurants sont accessibles sans véhicule. Une place de parking privée non couverte est a disposition.

This brand new apartment is situated a 4-minute walk from central Montriond where you'll find a wonderful grocery store, lively pub, ski shop and the bus stop to take you into Morzine or up to Ardent (access Avoriaz, Chatel etc) It has one bedroom and a spacious living area with a sofa bed in it. As you can see, there is a good sized well-stocked kitchen. There is one bedroom which can have twin beds or a king size bed in it. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.
