We hope that this space can be a place of "Light" and restoration for each person who stays- a great escape. The home is a wonderful, quick walk to Old Town Louisville (just 3 blocks away). There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques to explore. The home is also a short 15 minute drive from Boulder and a scenic 25 mins. to Denver. Public bus stop is a 1/2 block away.

Private suite east/west facing 850 sq. ft, 4 room suite in bi-level Host's home - windows in every room. Keyless front door entry shared with your host. Once inside the foyer walk 6 steps down private guest suite entry door. Living room/2nd bedroom has a twin bed and privacy curtain. Comfortable sleeping mattress is available when 3 guests prefer separate sleeping arrangements. Dedicated work space desk located in the Master BR. 1 block to bus route. Your privacy is always respected.

Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

Enjoy our beautifully renovated historic home in Old Town Lafayette, known as the Peace Sign House. Stay in the main suite, which is completely separate from the rest of the house by a locked door. It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.
