This is the upper level of the house (lower level unoccupied). Inspired by the Colorado mtns, our stylish retreat features themed bedrooms that represent the seasons of the great Rockies. It is a great base for ski / mtn trips or getaway to Denver and Boulder metro. Centrally located in a picturesque suburb, close to everything exciting: 10 min to downtown and 10 min to the mtns. Large, airy house with full kitchen captures tons of natural CO sunshine and accommodates groups perfectly.

A beautiful ranch home with full basement and fenced in backyard. Our place is excellent for accommodating families with kids, as we have 3 sons(13, 11, and a 6 year old). We can leave out toys and a huge backyard of toys to play including a trampoline. Great for couples to enjoy a Colorado vacation, business travelers that need to work downtown Denver, and outdoor enthusiasts with just minutes away from the mountains, Red Rocks, the best mountain biking, hiking trails and downtown Denver.
