'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

The Bedsit is attached to our beautiful Victorian family house, only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Kendal, hidden from sight within its own grounds, with a stunning garden. It has plenty of private parking and is only a short walk from the station - an ideal base for exploring the Lake District. The Bedsit is a private apartment, accessed through my costume workshop. We enjoy hosting visitors from all around the world, hoping that they will feel comfortable and welcome during their stay.

Welcome to our spacious and cosy 2 floor apartment in a grade 2 listed building above a busy city centre pub. It is ideally located for enjoying the city’s attractions as you are right in the city centre. There are 2 bedrooms and a large comfy living and dining area to relax in and well equipped kitchen. The pub downstairs is a craft ale bar and great fun in an evening, so come down and join us! Please note: Live music in the pub which can be heard in the sitting room especially at weekends.

Located down a very bumpy track, it’s a 2 min walk straight to the prom and beach and a flat easy 10 minute walk to the centre of the town where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, a cinema, a bowling alley and the legendary Winter Gardens venue. A 10 minute drive and you're on the M6, it couldn't be easier

The Flat on Bath Street

A first floor flat in the Freehold area of Lancaster. The flat is dog friendly and close to The Gregson Centre, a great place to grab a coffee or a bite to eat before exploring the city centre. A five minute walk down the hill and you are in the centre. The train station is around a 15 minute walk. The flat itself has a hallway, living room, kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and washer dryer. The bedroom has a super comfy, pillow topped double bed and in the bathroom is an over bath shower.

An inclusive space, ideal for groups of friends, families, explorers, cyclists hikers etc. Our traditional village includes a good pub, (reserve your table in advance ) churches, a store, garage, doctors, pharmacy and a Take-away. The more days you stay the cheaper the daily rate.

Next door to a Pub quiet during week but can be noisy at weekends 3 min walk from Train Station with trains to Morecambe and links to Lake District. Fellside Nook is nestled above various ginnels and characterful old properties (5 -10 mins walk from Kendal Town Centre) and just below the Tram and Serpentine woods which offer lovely walks and hikes up on to the golf course and Cunswick and Scout Scars. Steeped with history, Kendal Market Town offers a variety of independent shops, restaurants, museums, cafes and bars. Kendal is conveniently located for the Lake District National Park and the Yorkshire Dales.
