This stylish, spacious house has been been renovated to a high standard and is a stone's throw away from the beautiful Lancing beach, famous for kitesurfing, but ideal for all water sports, or you can take a lovely stroll at low tide on the sand and visit the cafe overlooking the sea. The property is situated between Shoreham and Worthing, with Brighton a few miles away, which all offer a diverse range of shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. The south downs is close by offering some great walking.

There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

The Place

A self contained annex. The annex is attached to the house but completely separate. It consist of 1 bedroom, small hallway, bathroom and living room kitchen area combined. Parking is off road on a private driveway. Within walking distance are a local restaurant, Co-op, Petrol Station & Fish & Chip Shop. The main town is nearby, as is the beach front. We are also very close to the South Downs. There is main train station and Brighton is approximately 20 mins by train.
