Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Deck and wheelhouse in Hoorn (parkeermogelijkheid)

The deck-house and wheelhouse in the back of a former sailing cargo-ship van 1888 is transformed into a small apartment . The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!

Appartement met uitzicht over de Gouwzee

Een appartement met prachtig uitzicht over de Gouwzee. Op een rustige locatie langs de dijk op de 1e verdieping van een stolpboerderij uit 1880. Gelegen in katwoude tussen Monnickendam en Volendam, op loopafstand van de bushalte naar o.a Amsterdam. Het appartement heeft een eigen entree en ruimte om eventueel fietsen binnen te stallen. Op het ruime boerenerf zijn voldoende plekken om buiten te zitten en van de rust, ruimte en natuur te genieten.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village 10 minutes' drive from Amsterdam. In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by. From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.
