In the pretty hamlet of Freefolk you will find a charming secluded Shepherds hut set in 12 acres, and includes a hot tub & pizza oven, WiFi, gas hob, king size bed, sofa, dining table, toilet, shower, fridge freezer, stove, solar electricity and fire pit - it has everything you need. It overlooks our horses, sheep & chickens. A short walk will take you to the award winning Watership Down Inn & Bombay Sapphire distillery. The surrounding area boasts beautiful walks. The Orchard Studio at Ham Green Cottage is a pretty brick and flint building tucked away in a corner of our truly English country garden. You are completely private. We are family-friendly and you can expect a comfortable stay and warm welcome. We are in a village close to the historic city of Winchester, however our setting is completely rural and quiet. We have a fantastic village pub or there are lots of places to chose from in Winchester itself - the best of both worlds!

Stunning studio flat in countryside setting

We live in a quiet and tranquil village surrounded by beautiful fields and countryside. Our studio flat is recently refurbished and is separate to our family home with its own access. There are many pretty walks around the area and several pubs in easy proximity. We have a village shop, and both Basingstoke and Tadley are 10 minutes by car. Basingstoke hospital and the railway station are also a 10 minute drive. We offer private parking (off road) for 1 car.

Private Annexe in Overton, Hampshire

This accommodation is a self contained annex which is located in the rear garden of the main property. It includes a bedroom with two single beds, a living area with TV including Sky Q (sports, cinema and kids) and free WiFi access. The kitchen includes an electric oven with hob and fridge freezer. There will be a small selection of tea and coffee on arrival. There is no facility for washing clothes. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower.

Hazel is one of two self-catering flats, within a modern barn conversion. Situated in a rural location, near the village of Overton. First floor flat, with two bedrooms and a spacious living area, it is perfectly situated to enjoy country walks while close enough to Overton which has a large range of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. A great place to get away from it all and enjoy the countryside, while still being close to amenities.

A delightful detached two storey property in the grounds of Whitethorn cottage, in the picturesque village of Crawley near the historic city of Winchester. Secluded and quiet with pleasant garden views. Nicely furnished to a high standard throughout. Crawley is a beautiful classic English village with an excellent gastro pub, within easy walking distance.
