Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

Blissfully nestled on the quiet cobbled William Street, home to it's own artisanal delights and in the heart of the cosmopolitan West End and Unesco World Heritage New Town district. The flat is a stones throw from all of Edinburgh's main attractions, superbly located, just 20 minutes from Edinburgh Airport by tram with Haymarket and Waverley train stations within walking distance. The fashionable Stockbridge area is just short walk away, as is Arthur's Seat, the Water of Leith and Murrayfield.

This delightful flat has the fastest Wi-Fi speed in town and it’s superbly situated less than 10 minutes walk from MacDonald Road tram stop, 15 minutes walk to Princes St and 5 minutes walk to Calton Hill. Located very close to London Road Gardens, it benefits from supermarkets and pharmacies nearby, making it a perfect flat to live in.

Stylish Waterside Location; Easy Access to Centre

The flat comfortably accommodates 3-4 people, although there are 5 potential bed spaces. It has a fine outlook: the front window looks onto the river and cobbled streets of Leith, Edinburgh's port city, now regenerated into an upmarket residential and recreational area. The sights of central Edinburgh are just a 20-minute ride away - buses leaving every few minutes from right outside the door; trams all the way to the airport a 2 minute walk away. This is a chic, comfortable apartment.

A Bright modern flat in the vibrant area of Leith. My flat is situated at the foot of Leith Walk. Leith is famous for its community feeling and openness and has a diverse range of pubs, cafes and restaurants along the entire strip. The scenic Shore area is a ten minute walk away. The Edinburgh trams now run a service direct from Edinburgh Airport to the apartment. The stop is at the Foot of the Walk, less than 3 minutes away. The trams also stops at both city centre train stations.

Comfortable and bright art flat, lots of plants!

My flat is close to loads of cool and quirky bars and restaurants, has a tram stop nearby and is a very simple, one street route to the city centre, so no getting lost on your way! You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the art work, the vibrant surrounding area, and the relaxed and homey feel. Plus, if you fancy spending a night in, there's smart tv with Netflix etc. I've been hosting for 8 years to great reviews so you can trust you'll have a great stay. Happy booking!
