Perfectly situated for business professionals or for a relaxing getaway. Great outdoors and traditional country pubs nearby.

Lovely light & spacious one UK kingsize bed flat. In the heart of the city centre, close to shops & restaurants. Luton airport - 11 mins by train; by car 20/30mins. Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

Robin's Retreat is a newly built studio apartment next to our family home in the countryside surrounding Welwyn Garden City. This compact studio offers a full kitchen and bathroom, outdoor seating overlooking our spacious garden, hens and cockerel and surrounding farmer's field. With easy access to trains into Central London and being close proximity to St Albans, Brocket Hall and Hatfield House, there is lots to do. Free overnight electric car charging is available on request.

Back Door Cottage

Cosy Grade II listed cottage with open fire and beams throughout. Recently renovated to the highest standard with rainfall shower, Bosch appliances and Garden. Off road parking. 5 minute walk from pretty Wheathampstead Village with many amenities. Beautiful country walks from the door and close to Luton Airport and the M1 and train stations for access to London and other areas. This cottage has a real homely relaxed feel to it and wonderful to relax and unwind by the log fire.

The Barn is a modern, fully fitted studio space that is surrounded by open countryside. Enjoy this romantic hideaway with someone special. Watch Netflix on your own cinema screen. Pick up some fresh produce at the local farm shop. Cook a gourmet meal in your private kitchen or dine out at restaurants and pubs. Spend an evening having a barbecue overlooking a spacious garden and open countryside. Take a walk along the many footpaths or play golf at one of three nearby courses.

Tiny garden Studio (Strictly No smoking)

Set in a very quiet peaceful area, this a very compact little space (studio) is part of a 120 yr old victorian cottage surrounded by greenery and beautiful walks, its perfect for a quiet getaway. There is Sky TV and NETFLIX, it has its own entrance, courtyard garden and driveway. Hertford North station is only 5 mins away which gets to Finsbury Park in 30 mins or Moorgate in 55. Hertford is a beautiful little town with so much history and lots of nice pubs and restaurants

The Stables

Located in a quiet area, enjoy the cosy and peaceful surroundings of this 2 bedroom stables conversion with high speed internet (fibre). Minutes walk to Stanborough Lakes and within easy commute to local attractions and frequent trains to Central London. The Stables has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people (sofabed in living area). A baby cot can be provided if requested in advance. We have a small EV charger available at additional costs.

Barn in Harpenden, Hertfordshire self catering

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed , travel cot & hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

The White Cottage Romantic Riverside Retreat

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub, for an additional charge, in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs.
