It is located in between 3 major ski areas (Grand Massif - 10 mins, Portes du Soleil - 15 mins, Praz de Lys - 15 mins) offering many outdoor activities during winter and summer season. The chalet is located in a quiet neighborhood of Taninges and is within walking distance of local shops, bars and restaurants. The chalet is less than an hours drive from Geneva Airport.

Our luxurious chalet is the perfect base for your winter or summer holidays in Chatel and the Portes du Soleil area. The chalet boasts a spacious lounge with log burner which offers superb valley views through large picture windows. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, 5 en-suite bedrooms, sauna, hot-tub / jacuzzi, mezzanine area above the lounge, ski-boot heaters. There is underfloor heating throughout the chalet. Not suitable for parties or excessive noise, as the owners live next door.

Comme dans l’esprit airbnb, ce chalet n’est pas uniquement un chalet de location, mais notre propre chalet d’habitation. Fête interdite dans le chalet.

We have put in place additional cleaning measures to deal with COVID-19 The chalet, aptly named Le Shed, is perfect for winter ski holidays or for mountain biking and walking holidays. Literally situated on the piste in La Turche it is next to the ski lift; truly ski in, ski out! The lift gives access to the Portes du Soleil ski area which includes 650 kilomètres of ski pistes which cross the Swiss /French border.
