The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

The secret room

Welcome to our little “Mini Home”! Guests love its cleanliness, comfort and excellent location, less than 5 minutes’ walk from the station & town centre. London King’s Cross and Cambridge are both around 30 minutes by train. The loft-style mezzanine has a king-size and double bed, with a compact, well-equipped kitchen and shower room. Families are welcome, with toys and baby equipment available on request. Guests can use the patio table and chairs, although the garden is shared with our family.

Beautiful & spacious barn in the village of Ashwell. Fully equipped kitchen, living & dining area. Gallery bedroom with kingsize bed. Ground floor - 2 single or 1 king bed. Separate second lounge area with 65 inch smart TV, ground floor bedroom area with kingsize Simba bed. Bathroom (ground) - shower & bath. Utility room - washer, dryer & American fridge freezer. Ashwell has a wealth of architecture with a 14th century church & museum, freshwater springs, 3 pubs, shops & galleries.

The Byre at Cold Christmas

Escape to the country and stay in a cosy converted barn with a log burning stove and a secluded sunny patio area with outdoor dining and barbeque. Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. ONLY MINI DOGS BY REQUEST BEFORE BOOKING! In the beautiful village of Pirton, Hertfordshire, but with easy access to rail and air routes, and overlooking beautiful countryside, this 16th century barn offers blissful peace and quiet. Bike storage available, off-street parking for one car. On the Chiltern bike route. Outside patio area and all mod cons. A comfortable place to take a break or commute to work. 15 minutes to the historic market town of Hitchin offering rail links to Kings Cross, London, 25 minutes from Luton Airport.

Benslow Path Guest Studio - Free Parking

The studio is a bright and cosy, modern space which is a self-contained conversion on the side of our house with a private entrance and free parking just outside. The airbnb is a 12 minute walk from Hitchin Train Station. Perfect for London commuters, it is also ideal for couples or solo travellers, family visits, business travel etc. You can check-in from 4pm on Monday-Friday. Check-in time on Saturday and Sunday is at 2.30pm. Parking is free for your entire stay, 7 days a week.

A peaceful, warm (twin skinned and insulated) and bright self-contained cabin set in a secluded mature garden and surrounded by beautiful countryside views. The Cabin has a shabby chic antique vibe. Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage.
