The Office - self contained studio in Framlingham

We’ve converted our home office and ex-teenage den into an airy, spacious studio (48sqm) providing contemporary living, sleeping and even working space in a self-contained outbuilding in the garden of our cottage. A peaceful rural location overlooking the market town of Framlingham, the Office is a 15 minute walk (3 mins drive) into the town, with its castle, church, pubs, cafes, boutiques and twice weekly market. It is an ideal base for visiting Framlingham and the Suffolk coast 25mins away.

The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. The Cartlodge ( a converted Suffolk Cartlodge)

The Cartlodge is a converted timber framed Suffolk Cartlodge situated within the quiet and picturesque countryside of rural Suffolk. Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

Rose Cottage was lovingly renovated in 2020 . This charming mid-terrace holiday cottage is located in the Suffolk village of Kettleburgh, only 5 mins drive to Framlingham Castle, 15 mins to the River Deben at Woodbridge & 25 mins to the coast at Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings Concert Hall. Ideal base for groups of up to four and dogs. Enjoy plenty of footpaths on the doorstep, then back to the warm and cosy wood burner. Only 2 minutes walk to local pub - great for delicious food & local beers.
