Perfect to explore the coast & country side . Keen bird watches may be exited to learn that Toby’s uncle was Eric Hosking !

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Free use of fast Wi-Fi. Bike storage. My daughter Rachel and myself are happy to reply to any queries.

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

Our 2 story annexe is attached to the far end of our 1795 flint cottage. Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy, plus modern fixtures for comfort. Comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies or child camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan with private patio and free parking.

The Doll's House, traditional cosy cottage

The Dolls House is a traditional Norfolk cottage dating from around 1880. The space has been completely renovated with all the luxuries you will need for a cosy getaway. The traditional features of the cottage; exposed brickwork, double ended woodburner and winding staircase mix perfectly with the brand new fitted kitchen, electric shower and super cosy beds. Nestled in the heart of historic Holt, you are perfectly located to explore the array of shops, restaurants and cafes on offer.

Situated down a quiet loke, away from the hustle and bustle of the beautiful market town of Holt is our comfortable and charming cottage. There is an allocated parking space short walk away. *** Please note: The cottage has a very steep and narrow staircase which would not be suitable for guests with mobility issues ***

The Tin Train is a lovingly hand-restored, stylish and cosy retreat, tucked into a rural garden, on a peaceful country lane. Just 20 minutes from the stunning North Norfolk coast, and with beautiful walks and country pubs all around, you can explore the local area before coming back to have a drink in your own private sun-trap or curled up on the sofa in front of the wood-burner. The Tin Train is perfect for a romantic couple's getaway or a tranquil break for one.

The Holt House is a beautiful, dog friendly holiday home in North Norfolk. It has recently been renovated to a very high standard. The stunning house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is in a quiet residential street a few minutes walk from the centre of Holt. It has it's own parking with additional on street parking available. The Holt House if perfectly situated for guests to enjoy short breaks or longer holidays. It's a short drive from the North Norfolk coast.

Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.
