Welcome to your luxurious home in the heart of Luxembourg City, 30 meters from the Grand-Rue – the city’s main shopping street. This exclusive apartment offers comfort & top-tier amenities in one of the most central and safe spots in town. The apartment is located in a well-maintained, residents-only building with an elevator. There are no neighbors on the same floor, giving you maximum peace and discretion. An underground parking is available in the building for an additional €20 per day.

A cosy, charming studio ready to welcome you for your stay in Luxembourg! Located in Hesperange, a nice town in the Alzette river valley, surrounded by green spaces, just a short bus ride away from Luxembourg City. All the essentials are available (bed linen, towels, soaps, etc.), a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. Note that the attic is on the third floor, there is no elevator, and the access is via a narrow staircase that can be seen in the photos.

Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires. Emplacement idéal à proximité des transports publics (bus 50 mètres, gare centrale à 1,5 km) et commodités (5 min à pied d'un supermarché, 25 min du centre ville). Bar et restaurants de qualités à proximité.

The flat is located in a small village called Leudelange, which is surrounded by forests. Despite its proximity to the city and the motorway, it feels like being in the countryside. You can be in the city within 10 minutes by bus (50 metres from the flat). The flat of about 70 square metres is fully equipped. It has a large bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. There is a desk for business travellers. 24/24 and 7/7 free parking possible in the neighbourhood.

Notre appartement se situe juste derrière le parc de Dudelange et non loin de salles de sport et piscines. Possibilités de parking dans la rue ou sur parkings publics avoisinants. Néanmoins, vu le caractère central de l'appartement, un véhicule n'est pas nécessaire. Possibilité de louer un garage box fermé.

Important: There is no possibility to register in local commune during your stay. Address is blocked for this purpose as it's short term stay. In case of prolongation/ longer term stay a regular contract with registration is optional. It's located in a newly renovated duplex. It’s on the top floor and separated from the rest of the apartment which guarantees you privacy.
