Bed and breakfast in quiet part of Sevenoaks

A twin-bedded room with own entrance, en suite showerroom, fridge, TV. Continental breakfast served in main house and free Wifi. This is a quiet road with free parking, a twenty minute walk from the town centre and the station. Knole Park, Chartwell, Ightham Mote and other National Trust properties, as well as Penshurst Place and Hever Castle are close. Breakfast, dinner snd barbecue options are available but not included in the nightly rate.

Beautiful sunny flat with balcony, 10mins to beach

My home is on a private leafy road in St Leonards on Sea, a creative town with cafes, restaurants, vintage shops, art galleries and an independent cinema. The beach is 10 minutes walk away and the station 15 mins, for trains to Brighton, London and Ashford International. Hastings Old Town, with nightlife, quaint shops and fresh fish caught daily, is a 35 min walk along the sea front. This is my home so my belongings are stored here but I keep eveything packed away as much as possible.

Set in the tranquil foothills of the South Downs, Skylark shepherds hut offers you a luxury off grid escape. Skylark is ideal for visiting one of the many attractions near by (including Charleston House, Rathfinny Wine Estate, Firle Place and the medieval village of Alfriston), a stopover on the South Downs Way, a weekend of walking or just some time out to relax.

Historic Oast house on farm comfortably modernised

The house enjoys glorious views surrounded by open countryside and has a happy atmosphere. It looks onto fields, a lake and beyond these the north downs. There is easy and convenient parking, with many interesting places a short drive away: Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Groombridge Place plus Lingfield Racecourse. The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.

A refurbished 1990s Swift 360s caravan in an AONB 15 minutes off the M25. Beautiful local walks and cycle routes. A stone’s throw from Hever or Chiddingstone Castle, short drive to Chartwell or Penshurst. Book supper at The Wheatsheaf, Bough Beech, 3 min walk, or use the compact kitchen and settle in for a night of cards or puzzles under the stars. Teas, ground coffee and milk supplied. Order breakfast hampers, Cornish pasties, BBQ coals.

Gigi Sleeps

Beautifully appointed Shepherds Hut in West Sussex, very close to Surrey border. It is situated near the main house but in a completely private area. Overlooks a large open field (usually with cows) and woods beyond that. To the right is a donkey paddock with residents Henry & Charlie. If you're looking for a relaxing, private space; then this is a great option for you. There are also lots of picturesque villages and pubs a short drive away.
