Lavender & Rosemary cottages

Delightful 2 x three bedroom cottages adjacent to each other, all with en suite bathrooms and access to a tennis court and extensive grounds. Ideal accommodation for family & friends get-togethers and very popular with wedding attendees. Lavender and Rosemary's cottages are very similar and both sleep six. Both cottages have been receiving guests since 2014 on Airbnb and have had great reviews. We have recently taken over from Tony & Caroline and we very much look forward to welcoming you!

Cowbeach Cottage is Grade II listed and has been lovingly restored to a high standard. It features a wealth of old oak beams and an inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. It is tastefully decorated throughout to provide a relaxing space. The bespoke oak staircase leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with views across the Kent countryside. The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you can relax and take in the scenic views of the countryside. Take a long walk, explore historical sites, snuggle in front of the wood burner, eat alfresco while star gazing. With lots of activities and attractions nearby, the cottage is the ideal place to explore places locally or to venture further afield, whether to a beach, or various towns.

Stay in a charming, country cottage. Explore the beautiful estate consisting of lakes, ancient woodlands, a newly planted vineyard, and conifer display gardens. Meet the adorable sheep, alpacas, and ponies. Take part in a yoga or Pilates retreat day by the private lake, or pop-up dining and wine tasting (please as for info). Book a beauty treatment in the cottage or by the lake, or a private yoga lesson or wild swimming session (subject to availability).

The cottage is ideally located, only a short drive to the beach and centrally located to lots of major towns including Guildford, Brighton, Chichester and Petworth and only a 1hr train journey to London. It also has some stunning villages in the surrounding areas to explore and there are an abundance of places to visit and enjoy locally; both historically, nature and activity based.
