That Beach Shack - Tranquil Pool & Beach Getaway

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Capturing the spirit of that classic beach shack, this bright & breezy open plan studio is set at the back of a lush and tranquil block. The studio opens up to a small courtyard with views directly over the in-ground salt water pool and the hundred year old fig tree. There is a second outdoor covered dining area which connects to the outdoor shower room and outdoor private toilet. That Beach Shack suits singles or couples for the perfect getaway.

Sunny, beach and parkside apartment

You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Noms Ryokan

Nom’s Ryokan (in Japanese means traditional inn), is a private semi-detached 2 storey villa nestled between an awe-inspiring escarpment and a stunning beach in Stanwell Park. Located 150m from the beach or Baird Park, 600m to the local cafes with access to the iconic Grand Pacific Walk right on your doorstep (about a 4km walk to the Sea Cliff Bridge). Nearby are stunning beaches, scenic walks, cafes & restaurants & a short ferry ride to the Royal National Park.

Parthenia Studio

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

The Bungalow

A truly unique weekend escape only an hour and a half from Sydney CBD. You'll feel your worries melt away driving down the private dirt road to your oasis in the bush. The Bungalow is set in lush surrounds with sweeping ocean views. Freshly renovated with brand new furnishings and linen, you'll have all the comforts of home whilst you enjoy the sounds of nature from your own private deck or from the comfort of your bed perched high up in the loft. Calboonya Forest Retreat

A spacious self-contained retreat with private entrance situated right next to the rainforest. The relaxing interior includes a wood fire, air conditioning and a modern kitchen with all appliances. The marble bathroom is stunning. Outside is a wonderful area for dining day or night with a gas BBQ. Privacy screens separate you from the main house. Enjoy sounds of the rainforest, including lyrebirds, while enjoying coffee and breakfast on the private balcony.

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
