A Self-contained fully furnished 1st floor 1 Bed flat attached to main house which has its own private entrance. It’s situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac within easy access to the A130 and A12. 15 minutes from Broomfield hospital. Nearby is the park and ride to Chelmsford town and mainline station. The Kitchen/Lounge area is fitted with an Oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Includes Microwave, kettle, toaster and is equipped with utensils, dishes, saucepans etc.

The flat has a large double bedroom, integrated kitchen, three piece bathroom and spacious living area which has a balcony looking onto the River Chelmer. The living area has a small dining area, comfortable sofa and a TV with an Amazon firestick. The flat has a free allocated parking space in a fully secure gated facility.

The cabin is situated behind our house down a privately owned lane surrounded by woods and farmland. It consists of 1 double bedroom but can easily sleep 2 adults and 2 small children. Cot and highchair available. 2 single airbeds with additional bedding and pillows. It boasts a large patio with quality furniture solely for guests' use. The jacuzzi is an added luxury and £15 is requested during your stay if used. There's a large fully stocked pond Guests are welcome to feed the fish.
