Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

Lovely light & spacious one UK kingsize bed flat. In the heart of the city centre, close to shops & restaurants. Luton airport - 11 mins by train; by car 20/30mins. Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

The Barn

A unique and tranquil country escape an hour's drive from London. Relax and unwind, gather with friends and family or explore the endless country walks and roman road on our doorstep. The Barn is set on its own plot of land next to the main house with a large fenced garden, patio area with BBQ and a horse field a few metres away to gaze out onto. A characterful building but totally refurbished and offering a contemporary escape with all the amenities you would expect at home.

Barn in Harpenden, Hertfordshire self catering

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed , travel cot & hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

The White Cottage Romantic Riverside Retreat

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub, for an additional charge, in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. Detached chalet luxuriously appointed with smart TV with Netflix .silent ,good sized fridge, kettle ,toaster microwave,iron and board) comfortable king size bed with large bedside tables with plenty of clothes storage, and hanging space.there is a small table with chairs stored under the bed,so can be used for meals or a work space.we have a newly refurbished bathroom,with massive walk in shower..there is outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the afternoon sunshine.

Peaceful Lodge near Hertford

Wisteria Lodge is a detached wooden-clad building set within the grounds of our home. Guests can also enjoy the use of a private gravelled courtyard with seating, as well as the tennis court in our garden. The Lodge is a comfortable and self-contained studio for either short or longer stays and working away from home. You will have complete privacy, but we are just next door if you need help or advice.
