The Deer Hut

Escape to the tranquility of our charming shepherd's hut nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of South Downs National Park. As you step into our beautifully crafted holiday home, you'll be greeted by rustic elegance and cosy comfort. The interior is a blend of country charm and modern amenities, providing you with a snug and inviting space to unwind. A comfortable bed promises restful nights, while the seating area offers dining for two or simply a space to gaze out at the views.

The Annex

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. Self contained single level accommodation, under a mile from the coast (7 min walk to village, plus 8 mins to the sea) The Annex has a large bedroom, bathroom plus lounge, which contains a kitchenette space Patio doors overlooks own patio area & shared rear garden. Self contained log cabin

Self contained garden cabin with private parking within a gated residence. Fully fitted with central heating, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette with kettle, toaster, drinks fridge, iron and Ironing board. Double bedroom plus double sofa-bed to easily accommodate up to 4 people. Bedding and towels supplied. Travel cot avail. Separate entrance through side gate and garden which is secure for children and pets Perfect for weekend retreat and very close to beaches Pets are welcome

Beech Wood Lodge

Beech Wood Lodge is a lovely, detached, single-storey Lodge, set against a backdrop of ivy & Beech trees. It’s ideal for couples or small families, also dogs are welcome. All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with a double sofa bed. 1 double bedroom en-suite shower room & toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen & towels included. Travel cot & highchair available on request. Free view TV, electric cooker & microwave. Wi-Fi. Parking for 2 cars.

'The Salty Groyne' detached, coastal cottage

A peaceful seaside hideaway - a secluded, tranquil space with a superking or twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom (bath and shower), kitchen and living room, with conservatory and south-facing patio area, all within a short stroll of our beautiful, quiet beach.  A self-catering detached cottage, with its own driveway, private parking, EV charging (for a small additional cost) and cycle loan/storage. We look forward to welcoming you to 'The Salty Groyne'!

The Studio

The studio is situated in the poets district area of Worthing which is on the west side of the town. A perfect location just ten minutes walk into the town, West and Central Worthing train stations and the beach. Hop on the train to visit Brighton, Chichester, Arundel and many more beautiful Sussex hot spots. I am dog friendly and would consider requests of a furry friend coming to stay. The studio is private and up one flight of stairs.

Self contained small bungalow, short walk to beach

Petit Palm is very popular and has receives great reviews from guests It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.
