Very homely flat 100m from a nice sandy beach

Borth is a quiet location, With a sandy beach - and lots of amenities in the village With pubs cafes And a 2 minute walk to train station. We have a lovely cinema with a wonderful restaurant, Good surfing with surfing lessons available and Kayak hire at Borth beach - Ynyslas 1.5 miles away has drive on beach with sand dunes Also coastal /River walks There is also a golf course a short walkaway. Unique 1 bedroom guesthouse, with mezzanine bedroom. Mezzanine bedroom with a very low ceiling height, you are not able to stand in the mezzanine, but it is accessed by stairs and it is recommended if you may have access issues, then there is a pull out double sofa-bed that can be used as an alternative.
