Situated on the North Wales coast, at the foot of the Carneddau Mountains and with views across to the Isle of Anglesey, this beautifully renovated former Smithy, just off the A55, is the perfect location for exploring the treasures of North Wales. Relax in front of the woodburning stove after a days exploring, watch the sun set over Penrhyn Castle, take a walk down to the beach, or enjoy a drink at the The Slate Tavern and a walk home across the fields. Situated 7 miles from the royal town of Caernarfon with it's majestic castle, 5 miles from Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon in the National Park. ZipWorld and its famous zip line 7 miles away. 20min walk down steep hill into the village with pretty marina and pubs. Sorry no pets.

Our family cottage is full of character and charm and has been in the family for over 90 years. Built in the 1820s, it has lots of original features; open fireplace, yet has the comforts of modern living ; wifi, central heating. Versatile and very comfortable trundle beds, which convert to either a single, twin or king size in bedrooms- sleeps 4. A peaceful, rural location with stunning sea view over the bay, a dog friendly pub 8 mins walk away and 30 mins walk down the hill to the beach.

Beachfront home with uninterrupted spectacular views out to the Irish Sea. With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

My place is within easy access of Snowdon, Zip world, A55, Anglesey. You’ll love my place because its a traditional grade 2 listed welsh cottage fully refurbished and set in a small hamlet within the countryside. My place is good for couples, walkers, solo adventurers, business travellers and small families. PLEASE NOTE: This is a small village located a couple of miles from the main A55 road there are no shops in the village itself. Tesco is a 5 min drive away

The cottage is a beautiful barn conversion set in 9 acres of hay fields, woods, streams and ponds and less than 10 minutes from the coast.Large, open plan living area with handmade, fully equipped kitchen area. 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suites. One bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom being accessed by its own staircase. ( not from the ladder in living area) Cloakroom, outside sitting/dining area and full use of all the grounds. Ample parking.
