Located in a quiet neighbourhood. A nice clean bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed, with a wardrobe, TV cabinet , 2 bedsize tables, chair, a mirror, a desk and a small fridge, shared bathroom. Minumum stay 2 nights. Check in from 2pm to 9pm - NO LATER . Check out by 10.00am. I am in ULTRA LOW EMMISION ZON

Our home is 30 minutes to Piccadilly Circus central London, 20 minutes to Heathrow Airport, 10 minutes from a variety of delicious restaurants and pubs and 10 minutes to the Grand Union Canal. We lay out a self-service organic light continental breakfast with teas and Colombian coffee overlooking our lovely garden. Your private bedroom area is on the first floor level with a large newly decorated double bedroom, with a private bathroom with toilet. We have 2 soppy Labrador dogs!

The British Library is only 15 minutes by train and the British Museum is within walking distance of London St Pancras station (15 minutes journey from Hendon Thameslink station) Wembley stadium is only 15 minutes bus drive.

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the top floor, a typically English style double room, perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests. Our prices are inclusive for bed and Breakfast. (cooked included) We also do not charge a cleaning fee! We also have one other twin room, on the same floor, which is perfect for family bookings.

Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays. The price also includes breakfast - Please see below for details. West Ham Stadium. UAL London college of fashion, V&A Stratford & UCL Stratford are all nearby.
