This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

The Studio is a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre but in a quiet leafy area and is only a five minute walk from Wollaton Park. Private off road parking is provided for guests right next to the studio entrance.

It has amazing views across fields making it a pretty home from home. 45 minutes from the Peak District and a 20 minute walk to Byron's Newstead Abbey. Set in the Vale of Belvoir between Cropwell Bishop and Colston Bassett a self contained annex is offered. The house lies 20 minutes from the historic town of Newark, Nottingham and Melton Mowbray and is ideally placed for a day out exploring Belvoir Castle or Holme Pierrepont Country Park (a major water sport centre). The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.

La Terraza my 3rd place here. I designed this one with influence from my time in Spain. With light earth tones and sunshine vibes. Situated in the heart of hockley where all the best of Nottingham is on your doorstep. Nothing in the city centre is more than a few mins walk.
