Situated on the edge of Combe village overlooking the valley, sit back and relax in our calm, stylish space. Or take on some of the magnificent walking and cycling available from the doorstep. You'll be staying in a newly built annex within the grounds of our house. The property has everything we would want when we go away and is a luxury home from home. Surrounded by beautiful Cotswold countryside, within walking distance of Blenheim Palace and an easy train, bus or car ride into Oxford.

Little Chestnut Cottage

Situated in a quiet location in the village of Stonesfield, Little Chestnut Cottage is a charming self-contained base from which to explore the Cotswolds and local attractions in the Oxford area such as Blenheim Palace. The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

Converted Barn - Oxford/Cotswold/Bicester Village

Idyllically situated 8k Oxford, 5k Summertown, 8k Woodstock/Blenheim Palace and on cycle path. 20k Burford (gateway to The Cotswolds) 20k to Bicester Village and overlooking the historic St Peters church. The barn has been appointed to the highest contemporary standard. Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen and open plan living room, breakfast bar and desk.

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Charming studio flat on the edge of the Cotswolds

A sunny, self-contained studio flat with its own entrance, outdoor seating and off-road parking situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Cotswolds. There's a Roman villa around the corner and Blenheim Palace down the road with wonderful footpaths through the woods and surrounding countryside. Keen walkers, cyclists, sightseers and visitors who just want to relax, will all find this a perfect base for visiting West Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Minimum two night stay.

Self contained Studio

Little Rockwell is a self contained studio, without kitchen facilities. Very stylist, brand new accommodation for two people in the centre of Eynsham. It consists of a king sized bed, seating/dining area with fridge and has a large shower, sink and toilet. This is separate from our home, but access is via the driveway and it’s above our garage. The bus stop is very close for access to both Witney and Oxford. We are close to Blenheim Palace and The Cotswolds too.

The Bothy, with a natural swimming pool

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.

The Artist's Studio ~ Thames Path stay near Oxford

The Artist's Studio is a unique space that provides comfortable and cosy accommodation for 2 people, perfect for a relaxing rural escape and remote working alike. A recently renovated painter's studio, the accommodation offers free wifi, a smart tv, a log burner for the winter months, a dedicated parking area and private entrance. It lies on a direct bus route and is only 4 miles (15 minutes) from Oxford city centre.

Formerly the manor house gymnasium, The Studio now provides comfortable accommodation for two people. It consists of an open plan sitting room/bedroom, separate kitchen and shower room. The accommodation is situated in the grounds of a riverside manor farm bordering the River Thames and is close to Oxford (on a direct bus route), Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds.
