Fast internet & desk for those who will be working while here. Small kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Private outdoor seating area with table, chairs and BBQ. It is situated in a sweet, cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Attached to my home, you may hear some footsteps or other sounds.

Stay in one of Colorado’s most charming and eclectic neighborhoods. Restaurants, coffee, shops, and so much more are all just a short walk from the front door. And Denver, Boulder, Estes Park and Colorado skiing are just a short drive away. With a spacious desk, fiber internet and a sun-filled living area, this space is perfect for remote work. Small dogs are welcome with pre-approval and a $125 pet fee. We do not accept cats. Please read our House Rules regarding pets prior to booking.

Queen bed with a folding spare bed in the closet behind the TV. TV and Wi-Fi, with a smart TV.. no smoking. The main house fenced yard and driveway are not included in the rental.

The setting is wooded, and Boulder Creek is easily accessible from the cabin. We welcome guests from all backgrounds and orientations. And we love to share our beautiful state with international visitors!

Walk down a garden walkway to your own private patio and the entry to the Airbnb. The bedroom has a closed door and a king, luxurious mattress for a comfortable night's rest. A new comfortable couch in the living room has a pull-out queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. New fully equipped kitchen that includes, refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, microwave, sink with disposal, dishwasher and coffee maker. Only one pet allowed (no cats) on the premises with the registered guest.

Come stay in our recently built and thoroughly modern carriage house in Prospect - named "America's Coolest Neighborhood" by Dwell magazine. The space has a full kitchen and is a one bedroom, one bath carriage house that sleeps up to four people. Prospect is a new urban development with tree-lined streets, multiple parks, restaurants, and retail stores. This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space was just constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.
