Guests can walk, bike or drive to access dining and shopping in our quaint little town and simply step outside to access some of the best hiking and biking in Boulder County. Modern, functional, private MIL apartment in the Back Yard of our Classic Old Town Longmont home, with it’s quiet, charming tree-lined streets. Fabulous location; one block stroll gets you to Roosevelt Park, a few blocks to Longs Peak our local pub, or Luna Cafe coffee shop. By car it’s an easy 20 min commute to Boulder, lovely Lyons 15 minutes away; to RMNP or Denver in under an hour. We are happy to share bicycles, gas grill, hot tub, sauna & swing set. We have a lively small dog & cat. The dog will bark when you come in, but never ever bites.

We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.

Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
