The location: dozens of trails, Chautauqua Auditorium, Chautauqua Park, and CU campus within walking distance (ideal for CU parents and anyone visiting to be close to the school).Nestled in a Historic area and a short drive to Pearl Street with easy access to all the exciting activities that Boulder has to offer! Not just a place to sleep, it's a retreat! Lovely lower level of a home in quiet neighborhood. House is on two acres with fabulous mountain views. Suite is approx. 1900 square feet with lots of amenities including use of hot tub, pool table, fitness room, theater, horseshoes, peaceful outdoor space &more. Beds include one king bed in a bedroom, one full and one queen bed in a bedroom, one queen and one full futon in the recreation room. One full futon in the office area. NO SMOKERS PLEASE!

Located on a private lane only one mile from downtown Lyons, Big Tree Farmstead is a secluded enclave, an historic site and a lavender farm with awesome views surrounded by hundreds of acres of open space. Guests can walk, bike or drive to access dining and shopping in our quaint little town and simply step outside to access some of the best hiking and biking in Boulder County. Located in Northern Longmont a mile from the stunning McIntosh Lake, this one-bedroom guest suite has a private entrance through the garage with a designated garage parking spot, a spacious living area with a kitchenette, a modern bathroom with a rain shower, a comfy queen bed, a 1-2 person sleeper sofa, and a queen air mattress. The expansive backyard includes a patio, hammock, and bouldering shed!

Enjoy our beautifully renovated historic home in Old Town Lafayette, known as the Peace Sign House. Stay in the main suite, which is completely separate from the rest of the house by a locked door. It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.

Mountain View Acres Guest Suite

Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
