Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

Self contained Annex, suitable for short or long stay close to Waterlooville town centre and 2 minutes from A3 routes to London, Guildford and Southampton. Local area consists of shops, restaurants, supermarket and pub all within a short walk. The Annex is self contained with TV, WiFi, Netflix, powerful shower and all necessities for a relaxing stay such as tea, coffee, milk, and a continental breakfast if required. There are many pubs in the local area with one under a mile away. The local village is a short drive away. The cottage itself is single story with a patio/seating area accessible from the patio doors. Rose cottage is finished to a high standard and well equipped for your stay, there is free parking & wifi.

The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
