Onze mooie Casa bevindt zich in het prachtige Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort. Het is heerlijk vertoeven in deze nieuwe en zeer stijlvol ingerichte villa met VERWARMD zwembad (30 °C). Een perfecte locatie om te genieten van het park en de mooie omgeving. Het huis biedt ruimte aan 8 personen en telt 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers en een 2-persoons bed-bank in het souterrain. Op korte loopafstand bevindt zich het grote zoetwater-meer met volop vertier- en speel-mogelijkheden en op 4 km ligt de zee.

Beautiful 3 bedroom penthouse in a wonderful place, surrounded by all amenities. Only 5 min. drive to the beach and in short walking distances are big supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The apartment is 2 min. drive to Roda golf course, the residential has a lift and a communal swimming pool. Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.
