A space to enjoy a cup of coffee in the garden. 1.2 miles from the beach and 3 miles from UCSB. Across the freeway is Camino Real Marketplace. Good restaurants, shops, a theater and a Costco. We are about 11 miles from downtown Santa Barbara and the harbor.

Our home is located behind Santa Ynez High School. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our neighbors have farm animals so you can hear roosters, goats and our chickens we have in the back. The back of our home has 1 acre of Sangiovese grape that is harvested in October. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to our home. It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.
