Home is located near Lockheed Martin, multitude of Hospitals and the Denver Tech Center. Located in the foothills south of Denver in a peaceful neighborhood offering a ton of amenities. Hiking, biking, camping nearby. I accept dogs, no cats. No more than one dog. Must be well trained, and under 30 pounds, people friendly. I do not have a gated yard, small outdoor patio.

Full walk out basement apartment with private entrance. 2 large bedrooms, one bathroom . Kitchenette/wet bar, full size fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee makers (keurig and drip), electric skillet and gas grill outside on the patio and a fire pit with chairs at a table. Full size pool table. Laundry available, dedicated parking. You don't have to share the space with anyone, it's all yours. A pickle ball court . 4/20 friendly. Is not a good fit for children under five.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.
