The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. There is a public boat ramp about 2 1/2 miles away. Also, you can enjoy several restaurants nearby if you don't feel like cooking your own catch of the day.
