Its a short drive to Rutland Water, Stamford and all the charming villages and places of interest in picturesque, unspoiled county of Rutland. We have a driveway for one car and there are no parking restrictions here anyway. It is a short walk up the hill to the High Street to visit the historic town's antique shops, independent clothes and gift shops etc and restaurants.

In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill.
