High Calling

High Calling is the lower level of a home on Cataloochee Mountain, at 4300’ elevation. Enjoy the panoramic views year round from a private covered porch or around the fire pit as you relax with the peaceful sound of the creek below. A charcoal grill is also provided. Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with one full bed and one twin bed face mountain views. A sitting area with a television and games, kitchenette and coffee station are provided, along with snacks and drinks.

If you are coming to the mountains, why not stay IN the mountains? Enjoy the cool mountain air, breath-taking views, & peaceful surroundings. Away from it all, but close to town. This is a newly constructed, full-size, standalone one-bedroom apartment. Ideal for a couple, or family with 1 or 2 children. Roomy bedroom with king-sized bed & living room with sleeper sofa. Welcome to our cozy cabin located near Asheville! Situated on a quiet, paved street, the peaceful retreat is located just minutes from downtown Maggie Valley & Waynesville, with easy access to the Biltmore House, Asheville, and Harrahs Casino. Additionally, the Great Smokey National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway, and Cataloochee ski area are nearby with scenic drives, nature trails, and a variety of hikes for outdoor enthusiasts. In extreme winter conditions roads may require 4 wheel drive.

The Water Wheel is our place to unplug and detox from the hustle and bustle of life. When we are not here enjoying this space we want to share it with you. Imagine yourself lounging by our fire pit with a local brew or taking in the mountain views from the hot tub then creating an amazing meal. Detox in our cedar sauna after a long hike. Or if you are exploring the area then it is the perfect home base for adventures in the mountains or to Asheville for breweries, dining or shopping.

The Tree House: Luxury with a View

Welcome! This luxury treehouse home has floor to ceiling windows with 360 * views of the NC Smoky Mountains. The amazing open floor plan has a huge fully equipped kitchen to hang out and relax with your friends and family. Enjoy the sunrise/sunset from bed or on the wrap around porch. Sit by the outdoor fire pit with a glass of wine and share some stories or read a book while overlooking the mountains. Enjoy air hockey/ping pong/arcade games and karaoke. Paved road access to home.

Hammock View

Honey Mooners log cabin apartment, located with a Smoky Mountains stunning view, is the lower living quarters which is completely separated from the upper level. Sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. Spacious with a cozy living room, dinning room, one bedroom with king size bed, and a relaxing sunroom. Sofa bed. One full bathroom with linens and towels provided. Wi-Fi, Netflix, and gas fireplace, fire-pit, laundry and a full kitchen set up. Pets must be approved before booking.

Woodfern Retreat -Quiet Mountain Living

In the heart of Maggie Valley this basement apartment is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. Just a short walking distance to the main road. Guests have their own private patio and private parking. Just 15 minutes to Catalouchee Ski resort, Blue Ridge Parkway and Lake Junaluska. Just 30 Minutes to Cherokee and Asheville. Walking and biking into Maggie Valley. Everything is recently updated, shower in bathroom. Other fun: Air Hockey table, games, and a desk area to work.

Secluded Cottage on the Farm-close to skiing

Retreat to the mountains in this secluded white cottage on the farm. At our little white house, you’ll be able to gaze at the twinkling constellations while enjoying the fire pit, sit on the back porch and admire the Blue Ridge Parkway in the distance while listening to the creek, and live side by side with our farm’s prize-winning Brown Swiss cattle. *Please note the fireplace is not operational.
