My place is good for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Montenegro. It is a small building and our apartment is on the top floor, with a stunning view over the bay. It is situated 1,5km from the entrance to the Old Town of Kotor. So close to the city center and the road but yet very quiet (the green belt just behind the building). Ideal for couples or families. 1min walk from the Old bridge and the old town. Modern 2nd floor flat with big sunny terrace & a 8x4m private pool. The hosting family is in the below floor. We speak English & French, and are more than happy to help make your stay pleasant. Surrounded by tasty restaurants and fun bars all within 200m you will enjoy strolling around the small streets and discovering hidden treasures of this charming city. Charger for electric cars available only for our guests.

Mateljan familiy home opened its doors to guests over 30 years ago. We pride ourselves on the family atmosphere we offer our guests. Three generations work together to provide the best service. Andrija Mateljan together with his wife Vera built ther house by the sea in the early seventies. Along with fishing and eko farming we provide our guests with authentic Dalmation specialties. We offer our guests room and half board (breakfast and dinner).

Those charming apartments are located in a quiet bay, only 10 minutes walk from the town but with all the privacy one needs. The apartment is part of a house which consists of three apartments overall, MORE, SUNCE, and NEBO, as well as the lobby and swimming pool area. If you are traveling with a vehicle we can provide a valet parking for one vehicle in a vicinity of the property.
