The Hope is a spacious Cotswolds stone house dating from the 17th Century, in the beautiful South Cotswolds. It has recently been fully renovated and is located in a quintessential Cotswold village. The house is connected to my half of the house but you will have total privacy with your own separate entrance, private garden perfect for al fresco dining and access to our tennis court. Our English cottage dating from the 1700s is snug in winter and stunning in summer! With all mod-cons, Chicory Cottage is ideal for exploring the Cotswolds. We're on the edge of a small historic town, with countryside views from the garden. Malmesbury's pubs, restaurants and famous abbey are a short walk, or you can head in the other direction for a country hike. Or just make yourself at home in front of the cosy log-burner, work remotely with our super-fast wifi, or relax in the pretty garden.

Cotswold walks & log fires in stylish renovation

A beautiful grade II listed Cotswold house in Tetbury, close to beautiful walks, pubs and all the Cotswolds has to offer. The house has been renovated to a high standard, combining modern design with period features. Sleeping up to 4, it is an ideal bolt hole for friends, couples or families with children. Please note that the property has two narrow and steep staircases and is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Please feel free to contact us to book dates that appear blocked out.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Hideaway - With Large Courtyard Garden

The Hideaway is a modern ground floor one bedroom apartment in the heart of Tetbury. Recently renovated the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a fully fitted kitchen, smart TV and broadband. There is the added bonus of a large courtyard garden. Whether you are visiting for a weekend getaway, on business or visiting friends and family our apartment is perfect for every occasion. The unique shops, cafes and restaurants are on the doorstep for you to explore.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

We wanted to share our space, and our love of the outdoors with you here in the beautiful South Cotswolds.
