A beautiful and a comfortable space, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor patio/ dining and a private pool. Sleeps up to four guests. A great location in an authentic Istrian village with a quick drive to the beaches, and the town of Vrsar. Only twenty minutes to Porec, thirty minutes to Rovinj and to Pula airport. Lim fyord conservation area viewpoint, walks and beaches are 5 km away. Istrian house/Kontija restaurant, Konoba Gradina and many top rated restaurants are a quick drive away.

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu obiteljske kuće , smještenom u mirnom i sigurnom kvartu , udaljen 10 do 15 minuta autom od grada i plaže . 3 spavače sobe kuhinja , dnevni boravak , 2 wc , 2 balkona , parkiralište za auto , roštilj , bazen ... Exceptional, spacious, designed with love and care for the details, extremely comfortable, emerged into nature in smells, sounds and views. Close to the coast and charters in the nearby Marina Veruda, 15 minutes from the Pula airport. Parking 🅿️ for guests is provided in the front yard. Please note: there is an extra cost for heating of the pool if you decide for that option for the price of 150 euros per a week.
